The sharing of holiday traditions has been an integral part of the DCDS community for many years. Parents have come into the classrooms to read holiday stories to the children and for the past few years, second-grade students have visited the Upper School holiday displays to hear about the various holiday traditions from the Upper School students. Over the years, many of our alumni have expressed their appreciation for being exposed to a diverse community and sharing their traditions with each other.
