Congratulations to Alyssa Marcangelo for her selection as the Michigan World Language Association (MIWLA) Teacher of the Year for the 2017-2018 school year. The award will be formally announced/presented at the MIWLA conference in Lansing this October.
Alyssa has taught French at our Maple Road Campus (Lower School) for five years. She has shared some of her creative teaching methods with the education community as well as a piece she wrote for the school blog in April 2016 entitled "Passport to World Adventure: Bringing Paris Into the Classroom."
